Mike,

I was on my bicycle heading to a 4:30 AM start hiking up Bear Canyon.
The only other critters I encountered were Taco and friend, although there were many RV's parked and awaiting the Stage. There were a few cars tooling around on GMR, but I only saw 2 on the GRR section.

I think docs always say to lay up far longer than needed.
Probably a requirement of their malpractice insurance...

I also think they under appreciate the importance of getting back to what you love as part of the healing process.

I believe several folks on this forum have used the Go Pro Cam. What has been your experience? Are you able to capture the images you want because of the wide angle lens? Is editing a time consuming nightmare? Is the quality sufficient to make a large print, or is it more of a video device? TIA for ...
