I'm with you, Norma -- out of the loop!
Congrats anywho!
Congrats anywho!
I am more than pleased to provide some details. Allow me to introduce "the Littlest Hiker," my daughter Joyce who was born on Friday September 25th at 7:31 in the morning. At birth, she weighed 8 lbs, 5 oz (3.775 kg) and was 20" (51 cm) long.
Showing great hiking promise, her eyes brightened noticably when I showed her a 1:24,000 topo.
Maps or no maps, daddy is all smiles.

lol. I've already got a Snugli chest pack for while she's small and I've got a lager Eddie Bauer* for when she gets bigger.

Sleep? I'm not familiar with that activity. Please explain.Mike P wrote:Congrats, HJ! Any sleep yet???
Prior to the baby's coming, my wife went into "nesting frenzy" to get the baby's room ready. Now that the baby is here where does she stay? In our room.
She's a fabulously wonderful little sweetie. With really good lungs.
Don't be thinking I'm going to be showing her any "Ice Pirates" type materials, no sir! lolTacoDelRio wrote:Hikin_Jim wrote:Showing great hiking promise, her eyes brightened noticably when I showed her a 1:24,000 topo.
