Middle Fork Lytle Creek?

Is the road open up the Middle Fork Lytle Creek? What kind of shape is it in? Is 4WD required? In the past, all that was needed was decent clearance, but I know we got some serious rain with Tropical Storm Hilary.

And how's the trail up the Middle Fork? Anyone been up recently? It used to be pretty sketchy between 3rd Stream Crossing and Comanche. How's that section now?
