RMC Land Acquisition Document

I'm researching something, and stumbled upon this very interesting document: http://www.rmc.ca.gov/grants/update/q&a_docs/Mountains%20Target%20Project%20Area.pdf

RMC is Rivers and Mountains Conservancy. The document describes current (and maybe completed?) land acquisition projects. I haven't read much about this yet, but thought these interesting enough to post without much explanation. I visited their Azusa River project a couple years ago. They were using the old El Encanto building as an office. Some literature showed a future trail up to Azusa Peak, but I haven't heard anything else about that. It would be nice to have that trail, now that the Garcia Trail is blocked.
