After reading Jeff's trip report on Stoddard, it was definitely time for me to re-visit this peak with its amazing views. I was inspired by Jeff's pictures of the summit and happy to see that someone had cleared all the thick brush that was there before. I haven't hiked this peak since 2017 and decided to bring some friends along. it was their first time and they were equally excited. One of my favorite things to do is hike after the rains. I was hoping to see some interesting mushrooms but I didn't. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the awesome views of the cloud formations and the snow on the surrounding peaks.

I really like those cloudy pictures. You had a great day to be out.
