Eric and I spent a few days in the Lone Pine area and covered 60 miles of beautiful country in 3 days. Only 40 of those miles were on Tuesday.

Trip report

That should account for out inactivity in the local mountains. :D

40 miles? Pffft...wimp. :wink:

Very nice...hallucinations to boot!

Like the camp setup at HM...must have looked like human Hot Pockets to the bears.

I was going on the theory that a bear wouldn't eat something if he could see his reflection in it.

Besides, the "hot pockets" were not all that hot. Let's face it -- if you are supposed to get up at 2:30, it's best not to be too warm and comfortable.
