Can anybody tell me if the campsites up at Hoegee’s fill up this time of the year on weekends? I’ve only ever been in spring and summer months. Also, are campfires permitted there still?
My 8 year old is asking to go on a quick backpack and I need to make sure that it is a pleasant one..
I was there on a weekend this last January and every single spot was taken. I don't know if November is the same, but the cold weather certainly didn't do anything to discourage campers last January.
