Bypassing Lower Devils Canyon Waterfall?

Looking for info on bypassing the waterfall in Lower Devils Canyon, below the campground. Is there a route up and around the east bank?

Nope..going around means up a super steep ridge and down a super steep ridge.

Going downstream, its not too much of an obstacle...returning/climbing would be a much tougher proposition.
