Gene Marshall National Recreation Trail

Was fortunate enough to experience the Gene Marshall Trail last weekend. Super nice and highly recommended. It could be done as a long day-hike, but we took a more leisurely approach to it and spent a couple of days. Some pics and narrative here:

Nice - same trip and same itinerary as we did in November. I loved it. We didn't see anyone between Beartrap and the rocks at Piedra Blanca. The real Pine Mountain Lodge site was my favorite spot - so beautiful.
