Azusa Fire

Anyone know if route 39 (Azusa Canyon Road) is open, I heard the Azusa Fire started somewhere around Fish Canyon but they were only allowing residence to enter Azusa Canyon, the information I'm getting is pretty vague. I want to get over to the East Fork trailhead, which I could do from Glendora Mountain Road if necessary.
