Pine Marten?

This was the second time I have seen what I think is a Pine Marten. I was able to get a few pictures this time. This one was near Mt. Pinos. The other one I saw a few years ago in the southern Sierra.

But, alas, this is a long-tailed weasel. Fairly common in these parts...
