It's been a few months since I've gotten out to hike so this was a short stroll around the Eaton Canyon area. Started at the Pinecrest gate and took the Mt. Wilson Toll road across the bridge and up to the top of the "horse trail" (Walnut Cyn. trail), took that trail down to EC creek then back up to the bridge and Pinecrest gate. Told you it was short.
They've added a lot of signs about things you shouldn't or aren't supposed to do. Some one has done some good maintenance on the "horse trail" - it's usually deeply rutted but not anymore!
