Does anyone know the name of this outcrop at the western edge of the San Gabriels? I'm sure it has one, being so prominent. It is off Lake Hughes Road, just east of Castaic Lake. It looks to be of a sandstone composition similar to that of Mormon Rocks. There is no evidence of any other formations in the vicinity.
