Big Horn Sheep sighting - Ski Lifts

We parked a car at the base of the ski lifts and walked down the road to Icehouse Canyon today (8/6). We hiked back to the lifts via the Three T's trail. While riding the lift down about 4:30, these two bad boys came out to have their picture taken.

Great photos! I've seen bighorns over on Bighorn, but never had them pose like your dynamic duo. Thanks for sharing.

Either they are getting used to people or they wanted a snack. At what time were they photographed?
I bet you wont see them around on Labor Day when there are hundreds of people for the race.

Nice photos!

I saw these Bighorn Sheep between Baldy and West Baldy on Sunday afternoon (4pm). One of them was very young...

Cy - It was about 4:30 PM when we saw the sheep.

GigaMike - Great shots! Those are the youngest big horns I have seen.
