My current project:
-=FD3S RX7=-
-13B REW
-Stock turbos
-RE Amemiya everything
-Bigass wing that actually does it's intended job
JUST KIDDING
Mongoose Rockadile
-Mud (aftermarket)
-Grease (OEM)
-Stickers (JDM)
-Uncomfortable saddle (can't afford anything at all so no improvement there)
I don't own a car right now (you know that though). I'd love to have a fun car. Had a 79 TE72 'Rolla, 88 FC3S RX7, 90 S13 coupe, 91 S13 hatch, and a couple other things before. No job, no money. No ticky, no laundry!
I'm probably going with a Miata next (1.8l), cheap fuel efficient fun car. There are companies that offer built turnkey Spec Miatas for $10k, so I'd likely get one of those when I can. Next would be a WRX, probably an 06 for the 2.5 and better brakes, keeping it mostly stock and going with a cage and all the necessary bits and bobs to do some 'stage rally' kinda stuff.
Ultimate dream car would be an FD3S RX7, with a huge budget. Strip it down to bare metal, acid dip or whatever it, cage and reinforced chassis, 13B with modest power (400RWHP) or so, focus on very well tuned suspension for road racing (IE not lowered a ton).
Until then, I've got my ChevroLegs.

2005 civic. silver. probably the most boring car you could have (but 40 mpg highway makes up for it i enjoy doing fixing stuff, but it's not had anything to fix yet!
but i don't care about keeping it clean. i haven't washed it in years!

Best picture I have of my ride:
Tuesday I coast to the shoulder of the 101s. Thursday I rolled it off the 110n. It's been a rough week.

Mineral King. That's the trail head for Sawtooth Pass/Timber Gap. I did a nice five day loop out of there including one nice albeit relatively short XC section. Beautiful.

Yes,yes, yes. I knew it looked familiar. We parked there for our eight-day trip. Headed south over Franklin Pass and then exited at Timber Gap from the north...
Beautiful area. I noticed the marmot protection on some of the vehicles...
