I have a kinda crazy idea but I think if we can pull it off it would be SUPER fun and awesome.

I was just looking at Simonov's pics of the Dry Lake in the San Gorgonio Wilderness and it sort of struck me how FLAT Dry Lake is... I started to thinking how cool it would be if I could organize a friendly game of alpine soccer or football at the Dry Lake.

I really wanna do this. Who's in? Dates?

OK, but we can't use a white ball -- we'd never be able to see it.

How about a nice game of ultimate?

Gotta be in winter. Dry Lake is a delicate meadow the rest of the year.

Just bring snow shoes so we can tamp down the playing field.
