This Sunday, January 3, 2010, a few friends and I will hike from IHC parking lot up to the saddle and from here nab Ontario Peak, Big Horn Peak, and Cucamonga Peak.
If anyone is interested in coming along, meet us at the Ice House parking lot at 7am sharp. We're leaving at 7:15 sharp. Look for a grey Mitsubishi SUV. You must have crampons, micro spikes, Yak Trax or similar. The trail is not broken yet past the saddle. Expect hard pack and ice.
After the hike, most of us will reconvene at Baldy Lodge for a couple drinks and maybe some grub.
