Hiked up to Mt. Lewis from Dawson Saddle since I was in the neighborhood. The use trail starts just west of the highway maintenance building behind the propane tank. Use trail is steep but easy to follow. No summit register. No clear cut high point either.

Great views of the South Fork of Big Rock Creek can be had from a rocky point a few hundred yards northwest of the summit area...

its hard to find the true summit to this Mt. It seems its highpoints are everywhere!

we should have a day of trying to summit the most peaks in the least amount of miles/ elevation gain.
a day along the ACH. we need a pick-up truck so we can just jump out / jump back in
