Pretty cool! The bear and all. Pretty soon Iron again huh? You better tilt that treadmill thing up to 45 degrees! Wouldn't it be cool to do it w/o hurting?

Well, The way I fig it, if you train only on hard as hell inclines for long enough you will be Rick Kent!
