Ding! One point for you.
Where Am I? (All The Marbles Edition)
Four points for you! I do look perplexed, but I think it had more to do with having selfie trouble. It took three attempts to get it right, and this was the second attempt.
That's the end of round 1. The game will resume on Monday. Our leaders are:

Girl Hiker: 6 points

The rules of this game seem quite similar to those governing the production of a Splattski. Here's an example that would be far too easy for most here to guess:
I'll have a good one by Monday...maybe earn that honorary, so I can get out of the Peter O'Toole slot.

EDIT: See, and I didn't even finish reading the rules. I'm not allowed to submit...and now I forfeit the pity point, too.
OK, it's Monday (just). Let's get crackin'!
San Gabriel subcategory: Where am I? Lost, apparently!

Maybe you just have a bad case of the Mondays. But I'm sure the others wouldn't mind if you burn out in the second round. Haha!
Of course your guess is spot on. Four points for you! I'll post the next clue this evening.

Is there a proximity rule?
The rules are in the first post. Tell me if I'm within 5 miles (as the crow flies) or within 1 mile.

Damn, so close! Within a mile is two points for me and one for you for stumping me.Tom Kenney wrote: ↑Within 1 mile, Gleason summit! I thought the rocks were a give away. 1 point?
West of Pine, but you did manage to get within 5 miles, so one point for you! And I should have been inspired to invest in a real backpack so I didn't have to carry a carton of water on my strap. One more point for you!

You are near Ontario Peak.
State of mind- wondering how many marshmallows you can stuff in your mouth?

You're within five miles (too far west), and I am wondering how much stuff I can stuff into my face, so two points for you!Girl Hiker wrote: ↑You are near Ontario Peak.

Ok, then you're coming off of your namesake peak after killing that guy in the yellow cap/helmet in the background who is laying in the dirt.
Correct, I killed Curious George's owner and left him on Cucamonga. Two points for you!Uncle Rico wrote: ↑Ok, then you're coming off of your namesake peak after killing that guy in the yellow cap/helmet in the background who is laying in the dirt.
