What kind of skull is this? Bighorn sheep? Donkey? Pig?

Poppies & cougars & shrooms, oh my!

Found this skull a little over a mile DS of orchard camp in little santa anita.
It was close to the water, so I figure it couldn't have been there too long or it would have been washed downstream last week. Or maybe that's how it got here... There were cougar tracks here, and I saw some bear scat.

And this is about where it is...

Looks like a hip bone (pelvis), not a skull.

I'd guess a female (doe) probability of 50%

Nah, I just scrambled down the steep, mushy hillside from the trail, about 1/2 way between first water, and orchard camp. Coming back up was fun :)
I need to invest in some climbing gear...

Not a skull. Probably a pelvis.

I wanted to say something smart-ass like: rare duck-billed dinosaur skull or something out of "Spy vs Spy" cartoon. (Does anyone remember that strip from MAD magazine?)

It is unequivocally a pelvis.
