I recently upgraded to the magnesium solio solar power suppl and charger.
for those multi day hikes, to charge cell phones and ipods etc.
tried it this week end it works great.
dont buy em in the store, ebay has em for at least half price.

I have all three types, the h1000, the classic and the magnesium, the classic does 12 volt as well.
but the magnesium does 1800 mw, charges ipods and cell phones nicely.
