I may have viewed the Silver Fish Road from the ridge near Silver Mountain. I may be able to tell you that the first section of the road is completely burnt through and that the tread of the road is still intact. I am unsure if there are slides or problematic crossings but the first drainage may be completely clear of brush for the first time in our hiking lifetime. The section of the road along the ridge may also be completely burnt through/cleared. The climb up to Silver may also be covered by Poodle Dog and I may have got some of it on my arms. I finally may be in a pissy mood because of that or all of this may be BS.

I might have read your post and possibly I "Haha'd" it, but of course you'll have to determine your own "lived experience" for yourself.
