I stopped to pee near this ocotillo and decided it was picture worthy. I promptly lost sight of Tekewin and got lost after this. Thanks a lot, Ocotillo!
Somewhere in the Stepladder Mountains Wilderness.

Ocotillo are great when blooming. I've walked near bunches of them in AZ and NM.
"Argue for your limitations and sure enough they're yours".

One of my favorite plants. I like that they don't sneak up on you like cholla.
