Proxy Bear Encounter

I hope someone finds this hilarious.

I was descending Kenyon Devore Trail, almost to Gab junction, and there is a freshly unearthed boulder in the trail. I stop to move the boulder. Fifty angry bees emerge from a hole in the ground...where the boulder had been recently...until some bastard bear pulled it to get at the honey down that cursed defile. Well, I immediately grokked the reason for the bees' ire. Fleeing the scene did no good. I'd already sustained about a dozen stings. I stopped to free a bee caught in my shirt, and as I freed it I had to run again. Repeat a couple times until all bees are free. Gee...zus palamino!!!

I returned up the Rincon Road (after a dip in the river to reduce swelling) and was quite amused to see a big pile of fresh bear poop with dozens of bee carcasses embedded therein.

F#(&ING BEAR!!! ?
