We've already complained about sign-in cans so sure benches should be benched. Actually I don't really care, they have a plaque sitting near Michael Minaret that they hauled up and put into the base of the climb. Will Thrall has its plaque on top and Baden-Powell has a proper installation on it. Baldy is covered with rock circles and so is San Gorogonio. Most peaks have evidence of human activity and I don't care really anymore what that is other than graffiti.

Yeah...adaptionist are not supportive..
They are coming and they are always coming.
Adaption-ism 1:2 And development begat development forever.

Think about looking at the plumerias...on one of the many benches graciously provided.
On the other side, by the lake is a sort of hidden bench that is shaded.
I forgot who died, but Im sure it was a charming lady and not someone who would thumb their nose at poor people.
It was part of the mediation benches if I recall.

I do admit to taking a poop on a bench on an occasion but always pack out the TP.

Go for it! We need a plan of action.

That's the spirit! Though I recommend picking up dog turds along the way and smearing them on the benches.
