What's wrong with 25 miles?
The question should be,
Is there anyway I can combine Mt Williamson & Pleasant View Ridge AND Devil's Punchbowl in one hike and do at least 25 miles?!!!

You could do a car shuttle with pre-positioned cars at the S Fork TH and at the Punchbowl TH. You'd eliminate some miles that way.

If you get someone to drop you off at Islip Saddle or the access point for the PCT (before the tunnels), then have someone pick you up at the Punchbowl, it can be done. I've done it twice, and swore I will never do it again.

Here are two photo galleries to highlight the terrain you will encounter, when descending the scree slope (North face of Mt. Williamson).

This is what the "trail" looks like once you descend from Pleasant View Ridge.

As a bonus, you get to check out two plane wrecks.

Be sure to have some replacement knees, the downhill is brutal. The bottom of the canyon is a bit sketchy, in some parts you have to downclimb a waterfall, or backtrack to avoid it.
