Fire above Monrovia

Let's hope they quash this before anyone is hurt, structures are lost or it gets to Big Santa Anita.

Taken at 3:00PM. There is a guy that lives in a tent north of where the fire is.

Now that I have a better view of the fire its clear that the guy who live above Monrovia is actually more towards the east.hopefully they can contain the fire before it speards even more.

This started at the house of friends of mine. They hired a crew to do fire clearance on the hillside behind the home and a piece of equipment ignited the fire. The driveway to their home, line with Italian Cypress, can be seen in the red circle on SageUrsus' photo:
