Land mgmt plan for socal forests goes to the public

As I recall, what happened is the last plan was judged to not have enough area/protection for some critters, so they went back to the drawing board.

Now its back to the public with several meeting to be held. I didnt see anything striking about it for the Angeles....the new non-trail area is already rarely visited, if ever. The website does provide decent maps. Im not going to read 238 pages explaining them.
