EISPIRATEN

Uphill both ways in the blazing sun! Even got a little sunburn (which for some reason feels good, if you haven't had it for a while). But the hiking this weekend produced a great set of photos from various trailcams. Some in the Verdugos, some elsewhere - I'll never tell, since I plan to stay at these locations for a while. But does it matter? Look at the variety of life that these mountains support! (the total survey this time was deer, possum, bobcat, woodrat, owl, quail, stellar's jay, rabbit, and mountain lion).
