law and order LA are finding a big mari juana plantation, guarded by a guy in a BLUE TARP. I'm having flashbacks to monrovia peak. whatever happened to that guy in the blue tarp??!!

Last September, blue tarp was not there - dunno if he moved camp. I mean he had set that thing up right in the middle of the trail!

Billy West is a great voice over guy and improv artist. Also, I don't think he knows the term 'politically correct'.
