Summit Register Surprise

I mountain biked up to Bald Peak in the Santa Ana mountains today. When I opened the summit register I jumped. :D There were 3 that I saw, one hopped out when I took the top can off, the other 2 stayed in there. After I took the picture I put their roof back on and left them alone.

They're like Bishop Pine. They don't grow horns until they've been on fire. Or something.
