Yeah, it's not San Gabs, but it's worth a read.

Read it twice it....very informative and interesting. I really like the picture of the avalance remains, as I have seen the picture of the scramble when its all dry....what a difference. Of course, love those waterfall shots....havent gone there due to the whole property rights issue...400 ft waterfall somewhere? I'll believe it when its verified, which Im highly sceptical of.

One of the topics sort of brought up was canyoneering vs mountaineering...it always interests me to hear about it, but even more interesting is the subtopic of risk&pushing limits as they say. Not that canyoneers dont travel into the unknown, but I would be curious as to why mountaineers really seem to sort of fight against the mountain if it comes to that.

Anyways, classic TR.

Nice TR, Rick! Looks like fun.

I am headed up at the end up March. I hope I don't drag anyone down, as I've been sick for the past couple weeks, haven't run since late January, and have been burnt out and generally pi$$ed for a month. 8)

Will bring pics.

Need a new car. Anyone got an R32?
