Withhold pay from all legislators and their senior staffers until they pass a budget. We could buy a lot of TP with that.

I wasn't too clear on what I said. We dont get money from caltrans, we supply the contractors with concrete for the jobs that they are doing for caltrans. I see how much waste there is. They will order 10-20 yards more than they need so they get paid more and caltrans doesnt seem to care.

I dont want to sound like myself or the company I work for is involved in the waste that goes on. We can only give them what they order.

The same waste goes on at alot of the schools.

FWIW, my son, who turns 21 next month, has the album memorized. (Yes, I have the album, as in vinyl, but he knows it as a CD... and there are probably many on this board too young to remember CDs )
