EISPIRATEN

I wanted to see the changes in Haines canyon since the fire. So, since it is still closed, I handed my camera to a small woodland creature and asked it to take some photos for me.



The road has several deep washouts.



The wide streambed is evidence of massively powerful flooding last winter.



The sun rises over the "camelback"

Regrowth here seems more vigorous than it is in Big T. Probably gets more rain here?



Many fleurs still bloom.



This appears dead, but still felt soft and alive (so I'm told)



And the old wooden plank sign is unharmed!



Mr. Bear has been doing some canyoneering....
