Tar Creek Canyoneering, Sespe Wilderness

Did Tar Creek in the Sespe Wilderness, Ventura County this past Sunday. I was surprised how much water was running; beautiful waterfalls and rock pools and sculpted rock. We only did two rappels, bypassing one drop that would have dumped us into freezing water without wetsuits. The long one was about 170.' This is condor territory but they must have hid from us.
