Nice video of the glider! I love those planes. They're so sleek, elegant and graceful; truly an example of pure flight. Were you zoomed in a lot or was he just low? How long did he stick around? I'm surprised he was willing to fly that far south right over Baldy while that low. I guess the lift was good that day. Usually you see them over Baden-Powell because they operate out of a glider port just north of there in the desert.

Edit: I guess it's not a big deal. Here are some videos from a few weeks ago from the cockpit over Baldy (first one) and Baden-Powell. Man, he's low!

I was zoomed in on the one video, but other times he was definitely very close to the summit. I got one picture quickly looking back north at the summit and you can see him just above it. It was surprisingly close, seeing him come just overhead, I was like, 'holy sh@#$@#'!
