I'm planning on hiking to the Red rock canyon mine described in this article. The Search for Redrock Canyon –, a lost Shangri-la

My plan is to start at 6:00 am at the Templin Hwy gated closure side of Fish Canyon. I'm going to take full survival gear along with about 2 gallons of water. Anyone interested in coming along? This won't be a fast hike, but rather an all day trip.

Another reference I found is Bob Burd's Red Rock Mountain Summit trip.

The date is Saturday June 20th.
