Quick Waterman trip + motorcycle rescue

I love weird weather! Today felt like autumn. High puffy clouds, deep blue skies, sharp shadows, and cool breezes. The south side of Waterman was sunny and pleasantly warm - but at the ridgeline near the first saddle, clouds were flowing over the edge, and it was dark, gloomy and cold!
On the way up, I was briefly delayed by the obligatory motorcycle smashup and air evac. Those helicopters are so cool! I drove by the bike wreckage after they let us through again - just a twisted pile of green plastic, with a wheel sticking out of it. Didn't look real good. I didn't take a pic of that, because I had a line of about 50 cars and bikes behind me, all wanting to get moving. And also, well, that's just kind of morbid.
