EISPIRATEN

We hiked to the Icehouse Saddle today. The original plan was Timber Mountain, but by the saddle we were well into the cloud deck. It was too cold and drizzly for the clothes we had.

The small spring just below the saddle had a trickle of water. As previously noted, this one dries up quick.

Foggy Mountain:

I went up the Baldy Village Trail, intending to hit 6 peaks and descend via Icehouse. I met up with 2 other hikers, and decided, since the weather sucked, to just do Baldy and Three T's. You are RIGHT about cold and foggy. Not a fun trail day in that area.
