Rescues, fires, weather, roads, trails, water, etc.

The new designation will be Federal Disaster Area. Closed to public access.

Another good argument for getting the NPS in there. I'm sure they'll be a PITA to deal with, but at least they don't have the multiple personality disorder that the USFS does.
