Wanted: Snowshoeing/Climbing Backpack

This winter I'm thinking about buying a backpack for snowshoeing and then alpine climbing in the spring. I figure a used one would save me a lot of money. Something big enough to hold important stuff, small enough to travel light.

I've got a North Face Terra 40L in "Chute Green" I could part with as an excuse to blow some money on a super technical whiz-bang pack.
