I was heading down the Ski Hut Trail and saw two young women heading down. They looked like veterans despite their cherubic faces. I asked them how many times they had hiked Baldy and they told me a couple hundred so I suspected that one might be Ellen. I asked and sure enough one of them was. She recognized my name from this forum. Her fellow hiker was even younger then Ellen at 82.We met another fellow who knew them Tom S. and he took some impromptu pictures of us. It was great to meet a familiar name out on the trail. No I don't have the pics, Tom has them.
