Gold weight and value update April 16, 2026.

Currently have .07 grams of gold since prospecting started.
Current gold price: $154.59 per gram
Current value of all of my gold: $10.82

3. Crayola crayons 24 pack
4. 1.6 gallons of 86 gasoline

Which of those a better store of value than the gold? What if axolotl go extinct?

Also just saying, 24 crayons is really pretty good - you can do a lot with that many different colors.

The memories are priceless! To anyone reading this, finding .07g of gold by yourself without paying $10 for it is pretty awesome. Anytime I find gold in the pan, I say "oh shit no way?" The excitement is always the same and I want to find more gold
