No. Trail crew is still doing maintenance on Bailey Cyn rail to Jones Peak and beyond. Trail is still closed because the trail leads to Forest land which is still closed due to Eaton Fire. End of year is tentative opening of Forest/trail.

December 2, 2025. Recent November rains have scrubbed the canyon clean of almost all sand/soil/dirt. A lot of exposed bedrock. No plants , no nothing. The flow is decent over the falls and continuous in the creek. Shallow enough flow that walking in the water won't get you wet.
Park, trails, etc. are still closed. Trail up to cabin foundations is a bit over halfway cleared of debris. Passable but not in good condition.

Is the canyon far deeper than it was?

In general, yes. The falls are a good 10 to 15 feet higher (i.e. 10 to 15 feet of soil that used to be at the base of the falls is now gone...down to bedrock). The rest of the canyon is anywhere from 0' to less that 10' deeper for same reason.

That’ll be interesting to go down. New anchors time. Thanks.
