Is anyone making small daypacks with daisy chain loops?

Does this fit the bill? 15.5L capacity and it has two rows of loops.

I've had several Cloudwalkers over the years and they've been perfect daypacks as far as I am concerned.

I also found the Gregory Nano 18 H2O, which doesn't have a daisy chain, but it does have 4 loops.

The REI Flash 18 has a couple of loops on each side.

I've had 2 Flash 18s, hard not to continue, but reviewers are right about the waterproof coating flaking off - that's why I need to replace.

Well I almost got another Flash 18 after all. But then put it on and they have done something weird with the shoulder straps; they come in way narrow on my neck before curving out. So I put my old Flash 18 through the washing machine inside out and I'll keep going with that. If I'm out in conditions where I need waterproofing, I've got other complaints anyway.

The Gregory (and I suspect the CamelBak) was for me too much like a miniature overnight pack- too "constructed".
