I know one of the investors who are selling. They've been hoping for many years that the 2 would be more consistently open.

I ran across this LA Times article today, apparently it's in escrow right now. I don't see it happening, gathering about $17M from people purchasing exclusive passes. I also don't see how they plan to make snow.
