That looks very suspicious. I wouldn't eat it.

I don't know! We need some mushroomers to weigh in. I also like the one with the extra nub on top.

Veiled oyster white one
Leukopaxillus- large white fluffy one

Generally blewits are light brown/dark brown& orange but I've never seen purple!
Orange jelly or tremella are the ones found on the trees

wesweswes was thinking that the big white ones were a species of Lactarius. What do you think about the white one with the little round wrinkly ball on top of it?

I think a species of yellow staining mushroom. Species agaricus xanthodermus
Or maybe puffballs. It's hard to tell.

Mill Creek below Hidden Springs. They are real tiny, the flower is barely an inch diameter.

Found these huge mushrooms that were all dried out. Someone told me the powder Inside these were used for cooking and saw them at an Asian market. Don't know how true this is but I haven't looked up this information.

Looking inside them it did look like powder that could be scraped off but I didn't dare touch them.

Nice finds y'all!

Here are some boletes we found on the hike/climb up to meriam peak a couple weeks ago. They were tasty. I didn't speciate them but not necessary for eating. Not pictured were the hoards of mosquitoes attacking us.

Good trout fishing up there too!
