We're aware of some log in and pop up issues. I was able to stop the pop up problem by clearing my browser's cache in the app settings. For the "Manage Your Privacy" pop up, I selected "Do not sell my info" and hit okay. It hasn't returned after that.
We're asking Tapatalk about the log in errors. Hopefully clearing the cache/cookies will solve that for you. I know it's annoying, but ...
