Riverside Mountain Rescue Unit is searching for missing hikers on San
Jacinto. One of them is Ellen Coleman, who went snowshoeing from the
upper tram station yesterday. If anyone was up there yesterday or
today and saw a blond woman in her 50's out there somewhere between
Long Valley and Mount San Jacinto, please contact RMRU and let them know where you saw her:

Oh my gosh, that is terrible news! Thank you for sharing - I will keep her in good thoughts. I hope she is found soon, safe and sound.

Bob Rockwell just posted on the San J board that Ellen was found and is ok. She spent 2 nights in the San J summit hut.
